राष्ट्र और राज्य की वास्तविकता

राष्ट्र ही राज्य से परिपूर्ण होते है| और राज्य भी राष्ट्र से पहचाने जाते है| राष्ट्र का महत्व इन्सान के लिए उतना ही होना चाहिए, जितना की उसका जीवन| जबकि राज्य ही राष्ट्र से बनते है| राज्य और राष्ट्र के महत्व को समझने के लिए इन्सान के लिए सबसे पहले उसके राष्ट्र का महत्व जानना जरुरी हो जाता है| राष्ट्र देश है और देश से बढ़कर कुछ नहीं| जहाँ राष्ट्र की बात आती है, वहां राज्य के बारे में नहीं देखा जाता क्योकि राष्ट्र सही होगा तो राज्य भी अपने आप गतिशील होगा| राष्ट्र से हर उस इन्सान को प्यार होना चाहिए जिस राष्ट्र में उस इन्सान का जन्म हुआ है| राष्ट्र के लिए कई ऐसे इन्सान है जो अपने जीवन से भी ज्यादा महत्व अपने राष्ट्र को देते है| उनका जीवन ही अपने राष्ट्र को सशक्त शक्तिशाली और समृध्द बनाने में ही बीत गया| और आज वर्तमान में भी ऐसे इन्सान है जो अपने राष्ट्र के लिए हमेशा तट पर खड़े रहते है|

 

राज्य राष्ट्र का एक हिस्सा होता है राज्य ही एक राष्ट्र को सशक्त, शक्तिशाली और समृध्द बनाने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाते है| दुनिया में अलग अलग राष्ट्र है और अलग अलग राष्ट्र में भी अलग अलग राज्य है, जो अपने राष्ट्र से कभी भी अलग नहीं हो सकते| जो राज्य अपने राष्ट्र से अलग हुआ उस राज्य का कोई वजूद नहीं होता| इसके लिए इतिहास की उन घटनाओ पर ध्यान केन्द्रित करना होगा| जिस वजह से राज्य अपने राष्ट्र का वजूद खोते है वो राज्य कभी भी प्रगतिशील नहीं हो पाते| इस लिए राज्य का महत्व भी तभी होता है जब वो अपने राष्ट्र से बंधा रहता है| क्योकि राज्य की सही पहचान राष्ट्र से ही निर्धारित होती है|

राष्ट्र और राज्य का विचार

राष्ट्र का विचार एक ऐसा विचार है| जिसमे इन्सान के आगे वो कर्तव्य छिपे होते है, जिसमे इन्सान अपने जीवन से भी ज्यादा महत्व अपने राष्ट्र को देता है| इन्सान अपने राष्ट्र के लिए हमेशा उन चुनौतियों का मुकाबला करता आया है, जो उसके राष्ट्र को एक प्रगतिशील बनाते है| और साथ साथ उन चुनौतियों से लड़ता आया है जो उसके राष्ट्र की प्रगति और राष्ट्र को नुकसान पहुचने की कोशिश करते है| इन्सान अपने राष्ट्र के लिए उन कार्यो को करने की कोशिश करता आया है और कर रहा है| जिसमे राष्ट्र की भलाई छुपी होती है| राष्ट्र को लेकर कभी भी किसी इन्सान के मन में मतभेद उत्पन्न नहीं होना चाहिए| इन्सान की पहचान में राष्ट्र की बहुत बड़ी भूमिका होती है और पहचान ही परिचय का नाम होता है| राष्ट्र के लिए कई इंसानों ने अपने जीवन का बलिदान दिया है क्योकि उनके लिए राष्ट्र ही सर्वोपरी रहा है|  

 

राष्ट्र में राज्य का विचार इन्सान के सामने तब खड़ा हो जाता है, जब उस राज्य से जुड़ा कोई मामला उसके सामने आ खड़ा होता है| दुनिया के अलग अलग देशो के अलग अलग राज्यों के विषय उस राष्ट्र के लिए महत्वपूर्ण हो जाते है, जिसमे उस राज्य की उपयोगिता छुपी होती है| विश्व में राष्ट्र की पहचान बनाना उतना ही मुश्किल होता है जितना अपने राष्ट्र में एक राज्य की पहचान बनाना| एक उदाहरण सहित समझेंगे भारत एक लोकतान्त्रिक राष्ट्र का निर्माण और उसको प्रगतिशील बनाना एक चुनौतियों भरा काम है| क्योकि हर राज्य की अपनी स्थानीय भाषा और संस्कृति दुसरे राज्य से बिलकुल अलग है| लेकिन राष्ट्र को एकता और अखंडता की नजर से देखने वालो के लिए ये चुनौतियां कुछ नहीं होती| क्योकि उनकी नजर में राष्ट्र का निर्माण और उसको प्रगतिशील बनाना होता है| चाहे उसमे राज्य कोई भी हो| राष्ट्र की प्रगति में राज्य की प्रगति होती है और राज्य की प्रगति में राष्ट्र की प्रगति होती है|    

 

राष्ट्र और राज्य का महत्व

इन्सान अपने राष्ट्र का महत्व समझने के लिए अपने देश को देख सकता है और इन्सान  स्वयं अपने जन्म से अपने राज्य का महत्व समझ सकता है| प्राचीन काल से वर्तमान काल तक इन्सान ने अपने राष्ट्र के लिए त्याग और बलिदान देता आया है| एक राष्ट्र से ही उस इन्सान की पहचान बनी रहती है, जिस राष्ट्र में उस इन्सान का जन्म हुआ है| राष्ट्र ही इन्सान के लिए सर्वोपरी होना चाहिए और है भी क्योकि राष्ट्र से बढ़कर जीवन में कुछ भी नहीं होता| इन्सान अपने जीवन के महत्व को भी अपने राष्ट्र को देखकर लगा सकता है राष्ट्र की रक्षा और सुरक्षा इन्सान का सबसे पहला कर्तव्य होना चाहिए| इन्सान को अपने राष्ट्र से क्या मिला और उसने अपने राष्ट्र के लिए क्या किया| ये भी बहुत महत्वपूर्ण बन जाता है| राष्ट्र की सुख सुविधा सामान्य तौर पर राष्ट्र के सभी नागरिको के लिए होती है| इस लिए राष्ट्र की पहचान इन्सान के जीवन का एक हिस्सा बन जाती है| जिससे उस इन्सान को जाना जाता है| ऐसे बहुत से इन्सान हुए है और है भी जो अपनी पहचान में अपने राष्ट्र की पहचान को उजागर करते है|   

 

राज्य की बात की जाये तो दुनिया के अलग अलग देशो के अलग अलग राज्यों का क्षेत्रफल भी अलग अलग होता है राज्यों का महत्व ही एक राष्ट्र को सशक्त समृध्द और शक्तिशाली बनाते है राज्यों की जनसँख्या भी अलग अलग होती है जो एक राष्ट्र की जनसँख्या को  निर्धारित करती है| हर राज्य की अपनी विशेषता होती है और उसकी विशेषता ही उस राज्य की पहचान के रूप में साबित होती है जिसको पुरे राष्ट्र में जाना जाता है इन्सान के लिए जितना राष्ट्र का महत्व होता है उतना ही राज्य का महत्व होना चाहिए| क्योकि राज्य की संप्रभुता भी राष्ट्र से जुडी होती है| राष्ट्र की नजर में सभी राज्यों को बराबर का महत्व मिलता है| यदि किसी राष्ट्र की नजरो में किसी राज्य से भेदभाव होता है तो राज्य की जनता इस बात को बखूबी पहचान सकती है| राज्य के लिए भी राष्ट्र के बनाए गए नियम कानून मानने पढ़ते है| और तभी उस राज्य का विकास पूर्णरूप से हो पाता है| जिसमे राज्य के नागरिको पर लागू होता है|

राष्ट्र और राज्य दोनों ही एक दुसरे की वास्तविकता के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है| जहाँ राष्ट्र का महत्व होगा, वहां राज्य का भी महत्व बढेगा| एक राष्ट्र अपने राज्य को हमेशा प्रगति की राह दिखाता आया है और राज्य भी हमेशा अपने राष्ट्र के लिए प्रगति करता आया है|
