आदर्श और अध्यापक की वास्तविकता

इन्सान अधिकतर अपने अध्यापक को ही अपना आदर्श बना लेता है| आदर्श होना इन्सान के जीवन के लिए उस सीडी का काम करता है जो इन्सान अपने जीवन में बनने का सपना देखता है| वैसे तो अध्यापक शब्द हमें विधालयो से मिलने वाले ज्ञान को देने वाले इंसानों को अध्यापक कहते है| और सही मायनो में अध्यापक उस इन्सान को भी कह सकते है जो अपने शिष्य को सही रास्तो का ज्ञान देता हो| और वो ज्ञान उस इन्सान को कही भी प्राप्त हो सकता है| आदर्श बनना और आदर्श बनाना, दोनों तरीको से आदर्श शब्द की वास्तविकता को पेश करना होता है| आदर्श इन्सान तभी बनाता है जब किसी इन्सान का प्रभाव उस इन्सान पर पूरी तरह से हो और वो अपने जीवन में उसके जीवन से प्रेरणा लेता हो| तब कोई इन्सान किसी दुसरे इन्सान को अपना आदर्श मान लेता है|  

आदर्श और अध्यापक की विचार

बहुत से इंसानों ने अपने जीवन में एक ऐसे आदर्श को चुना होगा जो उनके जीवन को सही दिशा और सही दशा करने का काम करता होगा| ज्यादातर इन्सान अपनी उपलब्धियों में उस इन्सान को अपना आदर्श समझ लेते है जो उनको उस उपलब्धि तक लेकर आया या जिससे उस इन्सान ने वो शिक्षा प्राप्त की जो उसके लिए उपलब्धि बन गई| आदर्श का होना इन्सान के जीवन में एक ऐसा अध्यापक होता है| जो उसके जीवन का अनुभव उस इन्सान से लेता रहता है जिसमे उसको अपने जीवन का सही रास्ता दिखाई देता हो| समय अनुसार इन्सान के अध्यापक भी बदलते रहते है| इन्सान किस अध्यापक को अपना आदर्श बनाता है| ये सोचने वाली बात होती है| सही मायनों में अध्यापक वही होता है जो बिना लालच के अपने शिष्य को उसके जीवन का सही रास्ता दिखाता हो और सही तरीका बताता हो की उसको अपना जीवन किस तरह से व्यतीत करना चाहिए|

 

आदर्श और अध्यापक का महत्व

अध्यापक एक ऐसा इन्सान है जो एक ऐसा कर्तव्य निभाता हो जिसमे ज्ञान के विस्तार को किसी तरह फैलाया जा सके| अध्यापक कोई भी इन्सान बन सकता है अध्यापक के लिए जरुरी नहीं की वो विद्यालयों का ही अध्यापक हो वो अपने ज्ञान को अपने शिष्यों के द्वारा इस तरह फैला सकता है जिससे उसके ज्ञान की रूप रेखा निखरती हो| हर इन्सान की एक मंजिल होती है और उस मंजिल पर पहुचने की जो चुनौतिया होती है| उससे निकलने के लिए इन्सान को एक अध्यापक की जरूरत होती है|  जो उस इन्सान को उसकी चुनौतियों से पार निकलने का सही मार्ग दर्शन करे| इन्सान भी अध्यापक उस इन्सान को बनाता है जिसमे उसको लगे की मेरे रास्तो में जो चुनौतिया है इन चुनौतियों से पार निकलने का सही रास्ता इस इन्सान के पास मिल सकता है| यानी इन्सान को भी अपने लिए किसी ऐसे इन्सान को चुनता है जो उसके भविष्य के लिए एक अध्यापक की भूमिका को सही तरीके से निभा सके|

 

आदर्श एक ऐसा शब्द है जिसमे किसी इन्सान को किसी दुसरे इन्सान के उन गुणों से प्यार हो जाता है जिसको वो अपने जीवन में लागू करना चाहता हो तभी उस इन्सान को अपने जीवन का आदर्श बनाता है| अधिकतर किसी इन्सान के आदर्श उसके माता पिता या अध्यापक ही होते है| कई बार इन्सान अपने माता पिता या अध्यापक की तरह ही बनने की कोशिश करता है| कभी कभी इन्सान अपने आदर्श को किसी दुसरे इंसानों में भी तलाश करने लगता है या चुन लेता है|

 

आदर्श और अध्यापक जीवन में कई बार एक भी हो जाते है और कई बार इन्सान अपने जीवन में आदर्श अलग बना लेता है और अध्यापक अलग बनाता है अध्यापक से इन्सान अपने जीवन में उस ज्ञान को सीखता है जो ज्ञान उसको चाहिए होता है और आदर्श को इन्सान अपने जीवन में मान कर अपना जीवन व्यतीत करता है| जिसके प्रभाव से वो  प्रेरणा ले सके|

 

निष्कर्ष

आदर्श और अध्यापक दोनों ही इन्सान को जीवन में सही दिशा और सही दशा के मार्ग दर्शन करवाने वाले होने चाहिए| आदर्श उसको बनाना चाहिए जो इन्सान के जीवन के साथ साथ समाज के और देश के लिए जरुरी माना गया हो तो अध्यापक एक ऐसा इन्सान होना चाहिए जो इन्सान को सही तरीके से उस ज्ञान की पहचान करवा सके जो उसके लिए जरुरी होता हो|

The Reality of ideal and  teacher

Man mostly makes his teacher his role model. Being a role model acts as a CD for a person's life, which a person dreams of becoming in his life. By the way, the word teacher refers to the people who give us the knowledge we get from the schools. And in true sense, a teacher can also be called a person who gives the knowledge of the right path to his disciple. And that person can get that knowledge anywhere. To idealize and to idealize, both means to present the reality of the word ideal. An ideal person is created only when the influence of a person is completely on that person and he takes inspiration from his life in his life. Then a person considers another person as his ideal.

Thoughts of Ideals and   teacher

Many human beings must have chosen such an ideal in their life which would work to make their life in right direction and right condition. Most of the human beings consider that person as their ideal in their achievements, who brought them to that achievement or from whom that person received the education which became an achievement for him. Having an ideal is such a teacher in a person's life. Who keeps on taking the experience of his life from the person in whom he sees the right path of his life Human teachers also keep on changing according to the time. Which teacher does a person make his role model? This is something to think about. In the true sense, a teacher is the one who shows his disciple the right path of his life without greed and tells the right way how he should spend his life.

 

Importance of Ideals and teacher

A teacher is such a person who performs such a duty in which the breadth of knowledge can be spread in some way. A teacher can become any human being, it is not necessary for a teacher that he should be the teacher of the school, he can spread his knowledge through his disciples in such a way that the outline of his knowledge shines. Every person has a destination and the challenge to reach that destination is. Man needs a teacher to get out of it. Who should guide that person the right way to overcome his challenges . The human teacher also makes that person in whom he feels that the right way to overcome the challenges that are in my path can be found with this person. That is, the person also chooses such a person for himself who can properly play the role of a teacher for his future.

 

Ideal is a word in which a person falls in love with those qualities of another person, which he wants to apply in his life, only then makes that person the ideal of his life. Most of the ideals of a person are his parents or teachers. Many times a person tries to be like his parents or teacher. Sometimes a person starts looking for or chooses his ideal in other human beings as well.

 

The ideal and the teacher become the same many times in life and many times a person makes the ideal different in his life and the teacher makes him different. He spends his life believing in his life. From whose influence he can take inspiration.

 

The Conclusion

Both the ideal and the teacher should be the ones who guide the person to the right direction and right condition in life. The ideal should be made that which is considered necessary for the life of the person as well as for the society and the country, then the teacher should be such a person who can properly identify the knowledge which is necessary for the person.
